Step into the small, intimate restaurant in vibrant Østerbro, Copenhagen. Here, you quickly sense the cozy atmosphere and great love for flavours, ingredients, and each other. A medley of Nordic elegance, artistic sculptures, and you cannot miss the majestic ox adorned on the wall, which brings an exciting contrast to the fine, minimalist lines.
For founder Alan Bates, it's about restoring the connection between us. Savor the aroma, atmosphere, and taste of exquisite wine and gastronomic, seasonal delicacies.
When we visited Connection for the first time in the autumn, we were captivated by Alan and his team's dedication and meticulousness in working with the raw materials. We presented them with the opportunity to try our exclusive Technical Shirts, and we are now proud to be dress the entire team.

Can you tell us about the decoration and whereabouts of the restaurant?
Connection is located on Øster Farimagsgade in the heart of Copenhagen. The restaurant has been designed to feel like you are stepping into in our home, and we have thick curtains to block out the world outside to complete the feeling of being in a bubble away from your real life, if only for a few hours!

What should we look forward to in the Spring menu?
The spring menu is changing all the time as new things are coming in, but right now we have white and green asparagus, morels, Challan quail, broad beans, young peas, agretti and the most stunning gaurigette strawberries. Delicious!
