It depends on your country. Northern Europe is 2-3 weekdays and Southern Europe is 4-5 weekdays. 

You can return any item for a refund, within 365 days of receiving your original order.

We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product.

1. Describe the defect in detail and how it appeared
2. The date you noticed the defect
3. Take a couple of pictures that clearly shows the item in its entirety (front and back) and the defect. 
4. Send this to our e-mail

Normally, your return and refund will be processed within 7 working days. In rare cases, it may take longer. Please contact customer service if more than 14 working days have passed.

Orders are shipped from Denmark.
