In dieser Saison haben wir einen Tag mit Model und Content Creator Tommy-Lee Winkworth verbracht.
Er nahm uns mit zu seinen Lieblingsorten in Kopenhagen – der Stadt, die er seit zwölf Jahren sein Zuhause nennt und inzwischen bestens kennt.
Vom morgendlichen Workout über einen Spaziergang an den Seen und einen Stopp in seinem Lieblingscafé bis zum Lunch in Nørrebro und einem Bier zum Abschluss des Tages. Dabei trug Tommy seine ausgewählten Favoriten aus der Lindbergh AW26 Kollektion.

Ich habe im Leben eigentlich immer einfach die Dinge gemacht, die mir Freude bereiten – mit einer positiven Einstellung. Das hat mich dorthin gebracht, wo ich heute bin. Bleib glücklich und hab weiterhin Glück.

Can you tell us a little about yourself?
My name is Tommy Lee. I'm a model, and I work within social media. Originally, I'm from the UK, Hertfordshire just outside north London. And I've been living here in Copenhagen for 12 years.
Why do you like working out here?
I work out quite a lot. Whether it be in the gym or outside, it’s good for your body and mind. The bonus of training outside, is that you get fresh air. I’m also a firm believer that you need to be comfortable lifting your own body weight, becoming one with it. Not just using big weights at the gym.

What's special about the lakes?
This place just reminds me of Copenhagen. Everything is kind of based around it. You've got the center over there, and Nørrebro, Østerbro, Vesterbro over there. I've lived in multiple places around here, so I've got quite a good connection with the lakes. It's a nice place to meet, grab a coffee, go for a walk, clear your head - or go for a run. It was around 6K around the lakes from my old apartment, so that was a good measurement. And people are watching, so you've got to finish, you've got to run.
Why this coffee spot?
This place is a little bit special, my best mate used to live literally next door before they opened, so we used to always go down there. I think it was the first place I've ever had an espresso tonic, which is great for summer. They’re super nice guys, and they roast their own beans. That's when you know it's a good coffee place, if they roast their own beans.
Why did you choose these pieces for your AW wardrobe?
The new autumn/winter collection is really good - great quality, cashmere blend knits, with plenty of options for layering. This checked jacket has a super nice fit and a double zip. Tommy's tip: always get a double zip! The colours are great, and the baggy fit on the trousers is super nice too.
[My style] used to be very loud, very out there... But now it's about being comfy, confident. A good quality basic is key.

Why do you like eating here?
Poulette - world famous, my favourite burger. It's a fried chicken burger with Sichuan pepper, it's got the perfect amount of spice. Crisp, fresh, simple. I don't know what's better, this or the clothes.
How would you describe your style?
It's changed a little now. It used to be very loud, very out there. I've always had a weird fashion sense, or worn stuff other people might not ecessarily wear, but now it's about being comfy, confident. A good quality basic is key. My granddad has always been an inspiration, suit trousers, polo tops, shirts, ties. Super cool.

Why do you like coming here?
Kennedy's - I know you are thinking, not the most Danish, not the most cultural place, but it's the best place to come: watch the football, play some pool, which is free by the way, and get a decent pint.
Three words that describe you?
Happy go lucky - I've actually got that tattooed on me, it's something my grandad has always said to me. I've just done things in life that I enjoy, in a positive way, and it's gotten me to where I am today. Stay happy and stay lucky!

What's it like to live in Copenhagen?
I love the quality of life you get while still getting that inner-city living vibe. Everything works, everything's clean, and it takes about 30 minutes by bike to go from one side to the other. I was quite lucky when I moved here, I met a big group of actual Danes, which is quite rare for internationals. This helped a lot with learning the language, which is not hyggeligt to learn.
A lot has changed in the 12 years since I moved here from cool London. Now I can see Copenhagen has become on par with, if not cooler than, London - don’t hate me, Londoners.
Everyone here is trendy and dives headfirst into fashion. It's nice to see confidence within people. One should be comfortable with oneself before one is comfortable around others - something I've said to myself and others since I was young.
