It depends on your selected delivery type and country. Delivery is always free, when you buy for €59 or more.  

It depends on your country. Northern Europe is 2-3 weekdays and Southern Europe is 4-5 weekdays. 

You can return any item for a refund, within 365 days of receiving your original order.

You can send the item back at your own expense. Lindbergh will not provide return label.

We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product.

1. Describe the defect in detail and how it appeared
2. The date you noticed the defect
3. Take a couple of pictures that clearly shows the item in its entirety (front and back) and the defect. 
4. Send this to our e-mail

Normally, your return and refund will be processed within 7 working days. In rare cases, it may take longer. Please contact customer service if more than 14 working days have passed.

Orders are shipped from Denmark. 

Please contact customer service as fast as possible so that we can correct that typo :)
