Rune Kjelseth is a Norwegian photographer, model, and influencer currently residing in Finland with his family. He has a great passion for men's fashion and enjoys being in nature. Therefore, it is important for him that his wardrobe consists of quality staples where design, comfort, and functional features are paramount.
We are delighted to team up with Rune, where he has selected his favourite layers for the winter season from our AW23 Collection.

What is your name, occupation, and where do you live?
My name is Rune and I'm a Norwegian photographer, model and content creator living in Helsinki, Finland.
Where were you born and raised?
In Harstad, Norway. Just a bit above the arctic circle. It's beautiful up there with the midnight sun for a few months during summer, and with the northern lights during winter.
Rune has mixed a muted outfit, wearing our timeless long-sleeved T-shirt made of 100% soft cotton. It is available in a wide range of colours. Rune has styled it with our classic half-zip sweater in a comfortable viscose blend, accentuating the detail with the buttons on the long-sleeved T-shirt.
Rune has added our 5-pocket trousers, crafted with the unique Cashmere Touch treatment. They are made of 97% cotton and 3% elastane, providing you with maximum performance for a busy everyday life and weekend excursions.
What motivated you to move to Finland?
After traveling around Asia, Australia and Europe for about 6 years with my wife, we decided to settle down. First we tried Oslo for a year, but then decided to move to Helsinki as we had more family ties here than we did in Oslo, as I'm from the north.
What is your go-to spot?
It depends on what occasion, but I do like to spend time in nature, either with the kids or going to shoot some smaller projects, and we have quite a few close to our home luckily.
How did your interest in photography and content creation start?
I was always interested in photography, and growing up was the kid with the camera taking pictures of all his friends. I never pursued it in any way though, and it wasn't until after I started as a model when I was 25 that I reignited that spark within me as I met so many different kinds of photographers and realized all the things I could actually do with photography. When I was traveling and was a model full time I was also active on Instagram. My Instagram profile suddenly grew a lot, and social media marketing became a thing, turning out to be the perfect combination of being a photographer and a model. I shoot a lot of my projects by myself with my trusty tripod, but I also use an assistant from time to time.
Rune is wearing our exclusive knit made of 100% Australian merino wool, which is extremely soft, temperature-regulating, odor-resistant, and breathable. The knit is available in several colours and is paired with a pair of minimalist black jeans.
Then social media marketing became a thing, and it just turned out to be the perfect combination of being a photographer and a model.

What is a must-have in your wardrobe?
I would say some good basics that I can use with many different looks and outfits.
Why did you choose these Lindbergh outfits?
First off there's the merino sweater. I love knits, and merino is a great material and I wear it a lot during winter especially. Then there's the 3/4 zip which I have seen around a lot lately, and as I didn't have one myself yet I wanted to give it a try. The suit will be my new Christmas suit, which will be nice.
Rune has chosen our luxurious Technical Suit for Christmas gatherings, produced in a modern fit that offers a more relaxed fit and silhouette. The suit is manufactured in Portugal and crafted from a quality blend of wool and Cordura for unparalleled comfort. It is stain-resistant, wrinkle-free, and highly breathable.
Rune has paired it with a classic Oxford Shirt, providing a more laid-back vibe and creating a tasteful contrast to the elegant suit.
